We have recently switched our automation system for the library. We hope that this new system will provide for a better user experience. The new system is called Millennium.

Search the Catalog

To search the catalog in Millennium enter a term in the search box. It is automatically set to do a keyword search which will search any term in the record. If you want you can do an author or title search by changing the drop down. There is more information about these searches here.

My Millennium

My Millennium is similar to My Library Info in the old system. This is where you can see what you have checked out, and what you have checked out in the past. You can also use this sytem to put books on hold, so they will be available at the desk when they come back in. You can put a book on hold that is on the shelf, but it will not be ready until the next day.

The first time you use My Millennium you will need to set up an account. To do this, type in your last name, then a space, and then your first name. In the second line you will need to type in your library barcode number. Your barcode number has now changed! Your new barcode number is 2508100 then your old barcode, and then an x. So if your barcode used to be 500000, it is now 2508100500000x. You will still have your old barcode for access to Access PA and Grolier electronic resources. The last space is where you need to type in a pin. Remeber what number you type here as you will need it to get into your record in the future. If you ever forget it, contact the library to get a new one.
