Applicants must have proof of their permanent address (drivers’ license, other official I.D., or a piece of mail addressed to their current address). Parents must sign the cards of children under the age of 14. All cards must be applied for in person at the library. There is no fee.

When applying for a library card, the patron agrees to follow all library rules, to return items promptly, and to pay any fines resulting from overdue materials.

The Flenniken Public Library participates in the Access Pennsylvania library card program. Residents of Greene County are eligible to receive a card which will allow them to become registered borrowers at other libraries around the state when they have a card from the library in their service area.
